buds issue

im using medium size buds for my XM5, it is getting damage these days, where i can find another buds?, the original one is not available anywhere in the market, icant use another size as well, please help me

أسوأ بلوتوث وجد في سماعة و أسوأ خدمة عملاء

لقد قمت بشراء السماعة و لكن للأسف الشديد أسوء خاصية بلوتوث قد واجهتها لسماعة بهذا السعر و المفترض أن تكون بقوه هائلة فإن عملية تكرار قطع أتصال السماعة مع الهاتف المحمول وقت الرياضة الخارجية و الأشد مع الساعات الرياضية المزودة بخاصية الأتصال و حفظ الأغاني مؤسف مما يجعلها سماعات سيئة جداً ولا يشفع لها جودة صوت الموسيقى أو ميزة العزل
و خدمة العملاء لدى سوني الأسوأ بكل المقاييس بحيث أني أمتلك هذه السماعة لأكثر من سنة و حاولت بكل الطرق الحصول على دعم أو صيانة لهذه السماعة بدون فائدة مرجوة و دون حل حتى هذه اللحظة.
لذلك فإن أختياري لسماعة سوني أختيار سيئ ولم يكن موفق نهائياً للأسف الشديد
