The Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 (HT-S60) is a 5.1-channel home theater setup with 10 speakers in total. The system combines three front-firing speakers, two rear speakers, and a dedicated subwoofer to provide surround sound with powerful low-frequency performance.

Yes. The HT-S60 is compatible with both Dolby Atmos and DTS, allowing supported content to deliver a more immersive cinematic sound experience. Dolby Atmos and DTS playback requires compatible content from a supported streaming service or a compatible device connected through the system's HDMI input. The content device is sold separately.

The system combines physical speaker channels with virtual surround processing to create a more immersive listening environment. Its front, center, rear, and subwoofer channels work together to place sound around the listener and provide a fuller home theater experience.

Yes. A dedicated center speaker is included to help make voices and dialogue easier to hear and keep them clearly positioned within the soundstage. When paired with a compatible Sony BRAVIA TV, Voice Zoom 3 can provide additional dialogue enhancement.

Yes. The HT-S60 can also be used for music and parties with its Multi-Stereo sound mode. This feature distributes audio throughout the system to create a room-filling sound experience beyond movie and TV playback.

The HT-S60 is designed for straightforward setup and can be managed using the BRAVIA Connect smartphone app. To use the app, both your smartphone and the home theater system need to be connected to the same home network.

The HT-S60 can integrate with selected Sony BRAVIA televisions, including the BRAVIA 5, BRAVIA 7, BRAVIA 9, BRAVIA 8, A95L, and BRAVIA 8 II. Certain features, including Voice Zoom 3, require a compatible BRAVIA TV.
